Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape comfortably in place and your arms relaxed.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Neck: Measure around the base of your neck, where a collar would naturally sit.
Shoulders: Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip.
Sleeve: Measure from the nape of your neck to your wrist.
